Here is one of our favorite recipes using Rubbo Salt of the Earth:
Roasted Vegetables

Two carrots, cut half lengthwise, and then in 2 inch chunks
Two Zucchini, ends trimmed, cut in half lengthwise and then in halves
Small bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
One red pepper, seeds removed and cut into quarters
Eight button mushrooms, ends trimmed
Arrange vegetables on cooking sheet, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, and sprinkle Rubbo Salt of the Earth over them.
You can cook the vegetable on the grill, or roast them in the oven (375 degrees for 20 minutes).
