Rubbo Healing and Meditation Center
PDP II Research Foundation has launched a Capital Campaign to build the Rubbo Healing and Meditation Center.
We envision a Healing Center that keeps people healthy in body, mind and spirit, on serene, sacred and beautiful land.
From sacred mountains to beautiful lakes, from sparkling beaches to primeval redwood groves, from protected marshland to the majestic bay, Marin County has always been a special place to live. The Rubbo Healing and Meditation Center will add to the restorative, nurturing energy of this special land.
You can help PDP II Research Foundation provide countless people with healing and spiritual services, and create a positive, healthful impact on our global community.

Body, Mind and Spirit
The Rubbo Healing and Meditation Center will host Rubbo Art of Energy health and wellness classes, workshops and retreats and inspirational spiritual teachers, each year. Financially, the Center will be sustained through fees for classes, workshops, retreats and teachings; donations; sponsorships; grants for free classes; and the production of publications and media projects.
The Center will be a two-story, 5,700 square-foot multi-use facility, and all construction materials used will be, to the greatest extent possible, sustainable growth products.
The ground floor:
- A large hall for healing arts retreats, workshops and classes
- Treatment rooms for qigong healing, acupuncture, massage & physical therapy
- A sauna, a steam room and showers
- An elegant, octagonal-shaped tea room
- Living quarters for resident teachers
The second floor:
- A spacious shrine/meditation hall
- Additional quarters for visiting teachers
- A dining hall
- Office space
The grounds will have a beautiful, landscaped garden for relaxation and contemplation.
The programs to be offered at RubbO Healing and Meditation Center:
- Seminars, workshops, retreats and classes in the fields of health and wellness, martial arts, creativity, communication, body work, massage, meditation, self experience and spirituality, by resident teachers and guest teachers.
- Year long trainings for Teacher Certifications.
- CEU's for acupuncturists, massage therapists, psychologists, registered nurses.
- Healing arts congresses.
- Celebrations and rituals.
