Rubbo Art of Energy Current Events
A Vision of Healing Worldwide

Dr. Liliana Constantinescu, a prominent international businesswoman, has invited the Rubbos to partner with her to build a world-class clinic in Bucharest that will bring together Western and Alternative Medicine under one roof: the International Center for Holistic Medicine SRL.
As Director of one of the largest medical supply companies, Dr. Liliana Constantinescu has her finger on the pulse of the healthcare needs of Romania and other European countries. Acutely aware of the Romanian public's need for high quality healthcare providers and clinics, she has long held a vision of building health centers which will combine Western medical treatments with alternative medicine modalities, incorporating ancient methods with modern technology. We will be writing more about this visionary collaboration, as it unfolds!
Donald and Cheryl Lynne have been blessed to bring Rubbo Art of Energy transformative martial and healing methods to Europe for many years now, and as many of you know, it has long been a dream of theirs to build healing centers around the world. They are thrilled that this dream is now manifesting.
Now they have a great opportunity to bring this wisdom and knowledge to benefit the people of Romania, and ultimately all of Europe.
Rubbo Art of Energy was among the first in America to bring qigong programs to the hospitals; in 1995, at the invitation of Leslie Davenport, then director of the Humanities Department at Marin General Hospital, we developed a weekly qigong program at the hospital for outpatients and the general public. The class eventually outgrew the room at the hospital, and ran for 12 years. We also were the first to introduce the health benefits of qigong to the San Francisco Veteran's Administration Hospital, and Kaiser Hospital in Novato.
The work that we have shared with our heart-students in America and Switzerland has long been integrated into their centers:
Petra Martinet-Rusch early on integrated the Rubbo healing methods into her private physiotherapy practice, and she is currently treating over 50 patients a week. She and her husband Cory founded Kunst der Energie, teaching Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong and Shao Lin Chuan. Kunst der Energie is now the most popular school in St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Frank Hediger and Elaine Hediger-Yap co-founded Institut für Chinesische Medizin, in Basel, Switzerland. Frank, a physiotherapist, besides working at the Institut, also works in a rehabilitative hospital and brings the healing methods he learned from Donald into his work with his patients. He is in the process of designing healing programs for his own private practice. Elaine, a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, incorporates the principles, techniques and transformational outlook she learned from Donald into her practice.
Elizabeth Meloney and Josefina Garcia Puerta (a bio-energetic healer), were given the Marin Rubbo Art of Energy school to run, and, with our blessing, renamed it Eternal Strength Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong.
Claudia Holt and Risa Aratyr, long-time Rubbo students, began an Art of Energy school of their own. They teach weekly classes in nature at the beautiful EarthRising Center of the Institute of of Noetic Sciences in Petaluma, Ca.
Our inspiration comes from our students and clients mastering our teachings; and the measure of our success is the progress and transformations they have made.
Rubbo Art of Energy is the creative process of cultivating, controlling and expressing your energy to reach your highest potential.
