Teacher Training Program
The Rubbo Teacher Training Program is a serious, demanding, multi-layered course that builds character, integrity, generosity and wisdom, and produces superior Warriors of Light.
The Rubbo Art of Energy Teacher Training, sponsored by PDP II Research Foundation, is an intensive, comprehensive three-year program in the Taoist mysteries, martial arts (Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi Chuan, Shao Lin Chuan, Hsing Yi, Bagua, I Chuan) and the ancient Chinese healing systems of Qigong.
The program is designed for students who are self-motivated and interested in achieving a high degree of mastery through personal practice. Periodic private instruction with Donald Rubbo is mandatory, and he
closely supervises the students' progress.
Blending ancient wisdom with modern science, Donald and Cheryl Lynne teach with compassion, wisdom and humor, and serve as mentors and coaches to the extraordinary individuals who qualify for this rigorous training.
Rubbo Art of Energy/ PDP II programs are built upon a foundation of integrity and compassion, through the principles of generosity, morality, patience, diligence, concentration and wisdom.
Donald created this program modeled on the traditional teacher/student bond, to preserve and promote a superior way of being in the world, to live in a state of being that is the total integration of inner and outer reality, where all of your senses are in a heightened state, and perception and intuition are sharp and focused.
Unique among teachers, Donald teaches how to inhabit the moment and become the movement, in whatever it is that you might be doing, whether it’s Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, dance, athletics, performing on stage, playing music, preparing food, any and all activities that encompass your life.
The Rubbo Art of Energy Teacher-Trainer must have respect for the lineage, teachings and the teacher, a commitment to the practice, and a dedication to the perfection of completion.
