About Us - Andrew Davenport
Andrew started his studies with Sifu Rubbo at age four.
Starting with Shao Lin Ch'uan, his studies led him to T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Xing Yi Chuan, Ba Gua Zhang and various systems of Qigong. Andrew competed in more than ten competitions ranging from regional to international. Most notably he was ranked sixth in the nation at the 2000 San Diego National Championships in the adult Chang Ch'uan division.
He lived in Beijing, China, for 6 months in 2004 studying Wushu (Chinese acrobatic martial arts). Andrew is currently attending St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland.
